Xeople Recruit users can now send Bulk SMS to all selected candidates directly from the Candidate Landing page.
Key advantages:
Users can now send bulk SMS directly from the Candidate Landing page.
The three-dot icon is strategically placed for visual appeal, with option to Send SMS accompanied by respective icon.
Checkbox options are available against each candidate, with a convenient Select All option for bulk selection based on pagination and user-defined records per page.
Users can deselect individual candidates or all selected candidates using the same select option, providing flexibility.
The Send SMS option is enabled when at least two or more candidates are selected, ensuring efficient use.
When selecting candidates and clicking on Send SMS, it opens a standard SMS pop-up screen like the existing one, maintaining familiarity.
The Send SMS option is enabled only when SMS integration is connected through the Marketplace.
The SMS pop-up screen features the following fields:
Insert Template: Opens a pop-up screen for selecting predefined SMS templates from master data.
Shared Template: Contains all the shared templates with checkboxes. User can select any from the list.
To: Autofill all selected candidates along with the country code in chip form, allowing users to remove chips individually.
Subject & Message: Blank fields for user input, mandatory for sending SMS. Character count is displayed, and the text area is expandable for better visibility.
Save and cancel buttons function as expected, maintaining consistency.
Users will receive an SMS containing the specified date and time, along with the information detailed in the text.
All SMS fields adhere to the same validation rules as in the current system.
The system seamlessly syncs this action into the Activity tab in the candidate summary page.
