Candidate Landing Page – Send Email – Three dot button

Xeople Recruit users can now Send Email to all selected candidates directly from the Candidate Landing page.

Key advantages:

• Checkbox options are now available against each candidate, including a Select All option to efficiently choose candidates based on the current pagination settings.
• Users can unselect all candidates from the same selection option, providing flexibility.
• The Send Email option is enabled when users select at least two candidates, maintaining consistency with the Send Email option in the Job section.
• Clicking on the Send Email option opens the standard Email body from the right panel, regardless of whether the email is connected. If connected, it uses the connected email ID; otherwise, it goes through the system email notification.
• The compose email body includes the following pre-filled information:
  • Insert Template: Opens a pop-up screen to select a predefined template.
  • Share Template: Contains all the shared templates with checkboxes. User can select any from the list.
  • From & To Email: Prefilled with the user’s email as the sender and candidate email addresses.
  • Subject: Auto filled for email template selection.
  • Job: A dropdown field with all active jobs for user selection.
  • Description: Auto filled for email template selection, with the option for manual input.
• If a template is selected and the user wishes to change it, clicking on the Insert Template option will automatically preselect the previously chosen template.
• All email fields maintain the same functionality and validations as in the current system.
• Users will receive an email listing the specified date and time, along with the information detailed in the text.
• The system seamlessly syncs this action into the Activity tab in the candidate summary page.
