Xeople Search- Office Tag & Different Source Parameter

In this release, we’ve enhanced the system to automatically include Office information from Entire OnHire (EOH) in the Xeople Recruit candidate tag master during member extraction from Xeople Search if it doesn’t already exist. Additionally, we’ve implemented distinct sources for member extraction into Xeople, ensuring more accurate tracking and differentiation:

Key Advantage:

• When members are extracted from Xeople Search:
  • Source: EOHE
  • Tooltip on the source in candidate summary: ‘Extracted from EOH’.
• When members are pushed from the Entire Onhire application:
  • Source: ‘EOHP’
  • Tooltip on the source in candidate summary: ‘Pushed from EOH’.
• When candidates apply to a job:
  • Global Source is EOHE, and the Job Applied Source is EOHM.
  • Global Source is EOHP, and the Job Applied Source is EOHM.
  • However, if candidates, who have received a Xeople Application Page (Link Out) – Job Broadcast Notification, fill in details for a person not currently part of the application, and successfully apply to the job, the new candidate will be assigned to that job with the following attributes:
    • Global Source: EOHM
    • Job Applied Source: EOHM
