Job Landing Page & Job Summary Page – Column Names Displayed Upon Clicking Workflow Stage Count

As part of this release, we have implemented an enhancement related to the workflow stage count on the Job Landing and Job Summary page. When users click on the workflow stage count from the Job Landing Page or Job Summary Page (Card View – Workflow count), a right-side panel opens, displaying a list of candidates associated with that workflow stage.

Key Features:

• Workflow Stage Count:
  • In the Job Landing Page and Job Summary page, users can now actively click on the workflow stage count, initiating the opening of a right-side panel.
  • This panel displays a list of candidates corresponding to the count within that workflow stage.
  • The name of the workflow stage is prominently reflected at the top of the panel for clear identification.
• Global Candidate Data: Candidate records shown on the screen include global data, enhancing the comprehensive view of each candidate.
• Kendo Filters: Users can use Kendo filters to maintain system uniformity. The candidate records are sorted by default based on Candidate Name.
• The candidate’s name is now clickable, redirecting users to the candidate summary page in a new tab.
• Profile pictures are merged with names, displaying initials in the candidate profile status colour or picture. Mouseover reveals basic details as per the existing personal card.
