Candidate Summary page – Redesigned the Activity Log page
In this release, we have introduced several enhancements to the Activity Log page within the candidate summary page.
Key advantages:
Limited text is displayed for quick insights in the Activity log.
Users can access comprehensive details by clicking on the Activity log for each event, ensuring a streamlined user experience.
The system now displays date and time in an active format, such as “20 minutes ago” for recent entries, “1 day ago” after a day has passed, “1 month ago” after a month, etc.
Deleted data is now reflected in the Activity log. For e.g., if a user creates notes and subsequently deletes them, the Activity log will now reflect this action.
Logging Actions: We now log specific actions against candidates in the activity section. Actions such as Email, Call, SMS, Notes, and Meetings are recorded for better tracking and management.
Segregation of Logs:
Upcoming: Displays all upcoming meetings. Once the scheduled time has passed, the entry is automatically removed.
Last 30 days: Shows all logs from the past 30 days.
Older: Displays logs older than 30 days.
