    • Indeed, Job Posting Form Sections:
      • Client Name: Automatically filled and non-editable. For internal jobs, it showcases the organization name.
      • Client Holding Company: Mandatory and pre-filled non-editable; shows the holding company or client name if not available.
      • Email ID: Mandatory field accepting valid Indeed-associated Email ID.
      • Application Form:
        • The application form field is now mandatory.
        • If a mapped application form exists, it will be prefilled; otherwise, the default application form will be prefilled.
        • The URL of the selected application form is displayed in a disabled form. Users can easily copy the URL by clicking on the adjacent copy icon.
        • The URL now includes source=indeed for tracking purposes.
        • Clicking on the “+” add icon opens the list of application forms, functioning similarly to the current Seek application form process. Users can select the desired application form from the list.
        • A confirmation pop-up appears to map the selected application form, maintaining the existing system’s workflow. The selected form is mapped to the job.
      • Career Site URL: Optional field for entering a valid URL.

      • Job Expiry Date: Calculated from Job Expiry Days, pre-filled and user editable. When creating a job in the system, make sure that the job’s expiry date is either equal to or earlier than the date posted on Indeed.
